These townhomes are located in the very quiet town of Jenison MI. You will be only 20 minutes from the vibrant bustling town of Grand Rapids with lots to choose from restaurants, sports, theater, and museums. Only 10 minutes from Grand Valley State University, although we don't cater to the average college student we have had lots that want to be close to the university but not want the typical college living conditions. Many teachers, professors, and married couples that attend Grand Valley have hung their hat at Pattom Townhomes. You will be 30 minutes from Lake Michigan where you can choose from a wide variety of activities including the beach, hiking, biking (lots of paved trails), boating, camping, fishing. It's all right here less than a half an hour from where you live. Michigan has the school of choice program where you can send your child to whatever school you would like as long as there is room. But lucky for you these homes are located in Hudsonville school district, which is one of the most sought after school districts in Michigan (busing for Jenison is also available).
