The town homes are owned and operated by Pattom Townhomes (Tom Van Dyke) who designed and oversaw the construction of the property. Tom is a licensed architect by profession and saw a need for some lively original buildings in the area. He took his love for the art and design of building and coupled it together with his imagination and came up with the buildings we have today. These units are not part of a massive project oversaw by corporate America, these are still under the care of Tom who will take the time to make sure all the folks are taken care of. You will have direct access to Tom by cell phone, for any of your needs, you will not just be converted into a number a week after you move in.
